Traditional vanilla Basque cheesecake. Gluten-free, Lactose-free.

Toppings:

• Vanilla cream with berries
  
• Tiramisu cream
• Chocolate cream
• Strawberry cream

Ingredients: lactose-free cream cheese (MILK, CREAM, stabilizer), sugar, vanilla extract (ethanol, glycerol E422), whipping cream, cornstarch, eggs, vanilla sugar (Bourbon vanilla extract, cornstarch, natural flavoring).

*Vanilla cream with berries: whipping cream, powdered sugar, seasonal berries (strawberry, blueberry, cherry, blackberry). Please notify us if you want to remove any berry.

*Tiramisu cream: egg yolk, sugar, lactose-free mascapone, whipping cream, rum extract.

*Chocolate cream: chocolate ganache (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavour, whipping cream)

*Strawberry cream: whipping cream, strawberry compote (fresh strawberry or frozen strawberry, sugar)
